Return Policy

How do I return something to Coastline Trading?

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives at your door safely and correctly. All items must be returned within 7 days from date of purchase. Please take a few moments when order is received to check contents of your shipment with the enclosed packing invoice. If you find any discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, please contact Customer Services on 07 5500 6071 (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday) or email customerservices@coastlinetrading.com.au to find out what to do.

All returned items must be in original packaging and accompanied by original invoice (or copy of original invoice). Freight must be pre-paid on any goods returned. We will not give a credit or refund for merchandise not reported within 7 days or without verification. For personal products we only accept returns if the product is unused and all packets are sealed. Transit loss or damage is at the buyer’s risk.

  • To return products, you must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number assigned by Coastline Trading. This RMA number can be obtained by contacting Customer Services on 07 5500 6071 (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday). The RMA number MUST BE displayed on the outside of the box or packet.
  • Freight must be pre-paid.
  • All RMA numbers are valid for 7 days and products must be returned within this period.
This procedure must be followed in order for credit to be processed.
